1. Acknowledgment

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Shikhar Mishra, operating as Only Captions ("Developer," "we," "us"). You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Only Captions application ("App") and its content.

2. Grant of License

Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this EULA and the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Only Captions offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features ("Pro Features").

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via App Store > Account Settings > Subscriptions.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; you will be notified of any price changes as required by Apple's guidelines and applicable law.

4. Fair Usage & Prohibited Conduct

Subscribed users enjoy unlimited video exports under a Fair Usage Policy.

• Automated botting, scraping, or spamming is strictly prohibited to protect server infrastructure.
• You may not use the App to process, distribute, or create captions for illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material you do not own or have rights to use.
• Developer reserves the right to terminate access or throttle requests for abusive usage patterns.

5. Third-Party Terms & Privacy

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of service when using the App. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our processing of your media via third-party APIs (such as Groq for speech-to-text transcription).
